Shipping and Returns

Shipping

We use Eparcel, or Local Courier (Sydney metro area) for orders within Australia. Orders outside Australia are shipped via Registered Post International.

• Orders sent within AUSTRALIA and under 500 grams in weight, $10.00 ($8.00 + $2.00 handling). Orders above 500 grams and/or oversize (such as bead cases, containers, tools etc) will be charged at the next applicable rate.  (Express Post is available upon request at additional cost, but please note that this method is not trackable. )

• Orders shipped OVERSEAS and under 500 grams in weight, $22.50. Orders above 500 grams will be charged at the next applicable rate. (Air or surface mail are available upon request, however please note that these methods are not trackable.)

• Goods will be shipped in a timely manner after payment has been received, providing sufficient stock is in hand.

Returns

Returns are only available under the following conditions:

• No credits, refunds or replacements will be given on Special orders or Pre-orders, and there will be no cancellation of orders sumitted to suppliers on behalf of the customer.

• No credits, refunds or replacements will be given for incorrect choice.

• Any short deliveries, incorrect supply or faulty goods must be notified by email or phone within 7 days of receipt.

• Products will only be accepted for a credit, refund or replacement if authorised by us.

• The cost of return postage is at the customer's expense.

• Credits, refunds or replacements will only be issued after the item is returned and inspected by us.

Loss or Damage of Goods in Transit.

Shipping Cost does not include insurance.

Orders are checked twice by our staff before despatch. 

Whilst all care is taken when packing and sending items, we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If package does not arrive we will ask the relevent freight carrier to investigate.
