It won’t come as a surprise to readers of this blog to learn that crafting can provide relief from all kinds of ills, if only temporarily.
Lisa Smith, of My Lisa Craft, is one who has found her hobbies rewarding in more ways than one. You see, Lisa has suffered from Psoriatic Arthritis since her early twenties and from that time art and craft have been something like a lifeline, affording Lisa a distraction from the constant pain, and a vehicle for keeping her arthritic hands nimble.
