Payment, Delivery and Returns

Payment

Orders are shipped on a prepaid basis only and the following payment methods are accepted:

  • Credit Card - Visa and Mastercard - Details are entered manually once order is picked and adjustments made for any short supply.

  • Paypal

  • Direct Deposit - We will email you with details once order is picked and adjustments made for any short supply, extra shipping costs, etc.

Please note that orders will be cancelled if payment is not received or unable to be processed after 10 days from receipt.

Delivery

Goods will be shipped in a timely manner after payment has been received, providing sufficient stock is in hand. We use Australia Post (eParcel; Parcel Post; Satchels) for orders within Australia; trackable where available. Express Post for both national and international orders is available upon request. Delivery method and charge is subject to change without notice.

  • Price for 500gms or less is $10 / Price for 500gms to 3kgs is $15
  • Price for delivery is a default charge in line with current average carrier costs.

Where orders are sent through Australia Post, you may receive a card in your letterbox indicating your parcel item is available for pickup from your local post office. For orders that are undeliverable and/or returned due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful delivery, we reserve the right to charge a re-delivery fee to re-coup costs incurred. Orders will only be delivered during business hours on weekdays. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours. 

Returns

Returns are only available under the following conditions:

  • No credits, refunds or exchange will be given for incorrect choice or change of mind.

  • No credits, refunds or exchange will be given on Special orders or Pre-orders, unless goods are faulty, and there will be no cancellation of orders sumitted to suppliers on behalf of the customer.
  • Any short deliveries, incorrect supply or faulty goods must be notified by email or phone within 7 days of receipt.
  • Products will only be accepted for a credit, refund or replacement if authorised by us.
  • The cost of return postage is at the customer's expense.
  • Credits, refunds or replacements will only be issued after the item is returned and inspected by us.

Loss or Damage of Goods in Transit.

Shipping Cost does not include insurance.

Orders are checked twice by our staff before despatch. 

While all care is taken when packing and sending items, we cannot be held responsible for items delayed, damaged or lost in transit. If package does not arrive we will ask the relevent freight carrier to investigate.
